Being part of a football team during a pandemic is an interesting situation. Earlier this semester, my team had two suspend practices and workouts for two weeks due to a couple positive cases. However, we got back to it after the quarantine period. Now as cases are surging again, our university has decided to shut down all athletic programs until after winter break. This has put a lot of stress on teammates and myself. As a football team, it is imperative to stay in shape and continue working out. However, most people don't have a home gym and equipment. What should athletes do for workouts when they don't have the right means necessary?
