To give a little background I am currently a junior in the class room and a sophomore on the field. If you truly love the sport you play I highly recommend looking into to playing in college. During my senior year of high school, I was uncertain if I should play in college because my high school teams had been so bad. I'm extremely glad I decided to play because it has taught me so many different lessons and skills. Teamwork and trust have been the two biggest skills that I have learned from playing football. In football you have one specific job and you have to trust your teammates on the field that they have put in the work to do their 1/11 of what is required for the team to be successful on that play. Coming into this year, I had to prove to my team that they could trust me because I'm coming off an injury and they haven't played with me yet. So far, everything has turned out great and it looks like we'll have a great season whenever it may be.
